Our Story

Adventure Days Preschool has been a trusted part of the Tierrasanta community since 1981, serving families with care, excellence, and heart.
We offer a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 12 weeks through 5 years old, along with an exciting school-age summer camp for Kindergarten through 5th Grade students.

At Adventure Days, we believe children learn best through play. Play is how they explore, create, problem-solve, and make sense of the world around them. Just as adults find purpose in their work, children find purpose in their play, and we intentionally design experiences that make learning both meaningful and fun.

Our program is thoughtfully built to help every child thrive. Through developmentally appropriate activities, hands-on learning, and a well-rounded curriculum, we support growth in every area—socially, emotionally, spiritually, physically, and academically. Our teachers create a balance of group interaction and individualized attention, helping each child build the skills and confidence they need for a successful transition into Kindergarten.

Above all, our goal is to help children discover who they are and how they fit into the world around them. Through creative expression, guided exploration, and joyful learning experiences, we nurture independence, confidence, and a love for learning that lasts far beyond the preschool years.
Jill Giles
My name is Mrs. Jill Giles, and I have had the privilege of serving at Adventure Days Preschool since September 2008. After eight years of teaching infants through preschool, I was honored to step into leadership, first as Assistant Director and now as Director.
Together with our dedicated and creative team of teachers, I am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally strong foundation for every child in our care. At Adventure Days, we believe that play is a child’s most important work, and through purposeful, play-based learning, we create an environment where children feel confident to explore, grow, and thrive.
