ADVENTURE DAYS PROGRAMS

Our Approach to Learning
At Adventure Days Preschool, we believe every child is wonderfully unique and grows in many different ways. Our approach is centered on nurturing the whole child—supporting not only academic readiness, but also character, relationships, and a sense of wonder about the world around them.
Through intentional teaching, meaningful play, and caring relationships, our classrooms are designed to foster growth across five key areas of development. Each day, your child will be encouraged, supported, and inspired as they build a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Here’s how we nurture growth in every classroom:
Spiritually
At Adventure Days, your child will begin to understand the love and acceptance of Jesus through daily interactions, simple Bible stories, weekly chapel time, and prayer. We strive to model God’s love in the way we care for and guide each child. Children will learn that God is our Creator, that Jesus is His Son. Our mission is to show them that they are deeply loved and valued just as they were created.
Socially
Your child will learn the joys and responsibilities of being part of a group. Through guided play and interaction, they will develop friendships, practice sharing and cooperation, and begin to understand boundaries. With teacher support, children will also start building self-discipline as they learn to make thoughtful and respectful choices.
Emotionally
We help children develop a healthy sense of self by creating an environment where they feel safe, valued, and accepted. Your child will be encouraged to express both positive and challenging emotions in appropriate ways, while learning empathy and respect for others.
Physically
Through active play and structured activities, your child will build both fine and gross motor skills essential for healthy development. We encourage children to explore movement, coordination, and self-care skills, helping them gain confidence and pride in what their bodies can do.
Intellectually
Your child will be encouraged to grow in listening, language, and early problem-solving skills. Through hands-on experiences, they will explore concepts such as size, shape, color, space, and number. Early reading and math readiness are introduced in engaging ways, while children are given opportunities to question, discover, experiment, and think creatively.

Infant Care
Our infant classroom is a place of comfort, connection, and early discovery. Along with plenty of cuddles and one-on-one attention, our teachers intentionally engage with each baby throughout the day to support both mental and physical development.
Through gentle interaction and play, your child will begin exploring important early skills and milestones—grasping toys, repeating sounds, recognizing familiar faces and objects, and expressing their needs. We also introduce simple infant sign language to help your little one communicate before they can speak, building confidence and reducing frustration.
Our teachers thoughtfully weave age-appropriate learning into each child’s natural routine, nurturing development in a way that feels safe, responsive, and never overwhelming.
Above all, we create a loving environment where your baby feels secure, cared for, and ready to explore the world around them at their own pace.

Preschool
Our preschool program is designed to be a place where children feel known, loved, and excited to learn each day.
Through a balance of structured learning and purposeful play, our preschool teachers guide children as they grow in every area—spiritually, socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. Daily activities are thoughtfully planned to encourage curiosity, creativity, and confidence, helping children build foundational skills that prepare them for kindergarten and beyond.
In the classroom, children are given opportunities to explore early academics such as letters, numbers, shapes, and problem-solving, while also developing important life skills like sharing, communication, independence, and self-expression. Our teachers create a supportive environment where each child is encouraged to try new things, ask questions, and develop at their own pace.

Adventure Days SUmmer Enrichment
Our Summer Enrichment Program is designed to give elementary-aged children a season full of fun, friendship, and meaningful growth after the school year has ended. At Adventure Days, we create a safe and engaging environment where children can stay active, explore new interests, and continue learning—all while enjoying the freedom and excitement of summer.
Each week is thoughtfully planned and themed with a variety of hands-on activities, projects, and interactive experiences that spark creativity and curiosity. From arts and crafts to games, outdoor play, and worship, your children are encouraged to try new things, build confidence, and develop friendships in a supportive setting.
While summer is a time to relax and recharge, we also incorporate opportunities for continued learning through age-appropriate enrichment activities that support problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking. Our goal is to keep young minds engaged without losing the joy and energy that make summer so special.
